How much will it cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and any add-ons in the home. After this information is entered the price will be provided instantly.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?
No, we don’t need to come to your house in order for you to get an estimate or for you to book your first cleaning service with us. You can get an easy and quick estimate over the phone in a minute!
Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?

No, being at home is not a requirement. Some customers prefer to be away the day of or at work during their cleaning. We will accommodate whatever is best for you. For the initial appointment, we ask you to be present so you can give the cleaner a walk-through of your home and your expectations.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?
We bring our own cleaning supplies; however, please let us know if you have special requests and we will be happy to accommodate you if possible. Alternatively, if you have your own green products or preferable products you would like our cleaners to use, please note that in the comments.
Will my cleaner be arriving at the exact time scheduled?
Yes, we always plan for your cleaner to arrive on time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic, weather circumstances, and an unexpected extra job at the cleaner’s previous job . In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted and provided an ETA.
Can I request add-ons?
Yes, simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.
Do you provide custom quotes?

Yes, we do customize quotes for certain rooms or areas of the home that you want us to clean on a recurring basis. Simply fill out and submit the form on the Contact Us page and you be contacted with a quote.

How do I create an account?

When you book a service an account is automatically created for you. Simply create your account, choose your password and you’re ready to go.

Why do you ask for my credit card number at the time of booking?
Your credit card is used to guarantee your reservation and will not be charged at the time of booking. The card may be charged in the event of a cancellation or a reschedule that does not occur within our early cancellation window (reference our cancellation policy).
When will I be charged for my service?
You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed.

Yes, we run a detail nationwide background check on all applicants.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL.

What is your satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not satisfied with your cleaning, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. Upon our conversation, we will come to a resolution that satisfies all parties involved.
